As attorneys, we owe each other and our clients a duty of utmost candor and professionalism. We bill our time incrementally and scrutinize voluminous documents repeatedly to insure accuracy and clarity. Multiple drafts and revisions are necessary in the negotiation and resolution of legal matters. As professionals, it is vital that we protect the process and our clients from “gotcha” tactics and/or inadvertent oversights.
